Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email to support@haven.app). A simple message is sufficient.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

In the case of digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal through your consent. This consent is obtained explicitly at the time of purchase.
